Buyers Information


By participating in our online auctions you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Disclaimer: All lots sell as is, where is. We do not give or make any type of guarantee or warranty regarding the items to  be sold, implied or otherwise. We encourages all  bidders to inspect the items in person before bidding.  It is the  bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of each item.

No Returns:  All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments.

Buyer's Premium:  A buyer's premium of 15%  will be added to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.  

Sales Tax:  Sales tax in the amount of 7% will be charged unless a valid resell tax number is on file.

Payment:  All buyers must pay for their purchases in full at the conclusion of the auction.
We accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Preview: All items are available for preview before and during the auction.

Pickup Dates:  All items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of the auction closing. Any items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned. Back Porch Ranch Auctions LLC reserves the right to resell the items and keep all proceeds as payment for storage and handling.
